A southern chain, burger21 is always a top choice for a classic burger. Their menu is decent and have a lot of different options for burgers. I personally like their Tex mex haystack and their cinco burger. The shareable fries are definitely enough for 2 people and my favorite part about B21 is their dipping sauce selection. Very unconventional and fun. Their prices are pretty steep however, and charge for everything they can.

Best burgers on this side of town easily. Love the onion strings and sweet potato fries too. Me and my husband grab food from here anytime we're feeling lazy. I wish they still had the burger with the fried potato slice on it but I really love all the other options they have now. Also the sauces---- possibly half the reason we go because they have so many sauce options and we love to dip! Highly recommend.

Burger 21 is definitely a good option if you are in the Buford, Georgia area and craving a solid burger that is a large step up from the usual fast food options. The staff here is friendly enough and it was a positive enough interaction with the team here. The ambiance is pleasant enough to enjoy a meal. The burger was good, especially when considering that it comes from a growing chain that spans across several states. I like the business model that Burger 21 is based on. It is a step up from fast food in both ambiance and food from fast food and I definitely appreciated the food here at this particular Burger 21 location. If you find yourself in the area and craving a good burger, Burger 21 is definitely a solid option. I would definitely recommend here. Go check it out for yourself.

This is not your fast food burger joint, these are gourmet burgers ! They also have a chicken option and vegetarian options. And don't miss getting a milkshake. They are fabulous. Only downside is they're not as cheap as fast food either.

Easily my favorite black bean burger of ALL TIME! Yep, I said it and I mean it. Truly delicious, soft, flavorful, and exceptional topped with freshly sliced avocado. Also, the most delicious and crispy half and half fries. I prefer the sweet potato fries while twin toddlers love the "skinny" traditional fries. Either way, happy family, full bellies. Always clean with kind service. We're regulars whenever we are in the area.

Burger 21 is good food for a descent price. No cutting-edge burgers here, but that's not what they do. What they do it provide consistent quality burgers, a huge sharable fry basket, and an assortment of sauces available at a self-serve station. The sauces are the best part of the meal - mixing different ones, with different burgers. Dipping fries in a marsh mellow sauce (don't ewww, it tastes good with the salty fries), or the b21 sauce - which seems to be a combo of mayo, ketchup, and pickle juice. Order at the counter, choose a table, then grab a drink, and as many sauces as you want. The food comes out fast, but it is fresh. The mushroom burger is my favorite. The bacon bleu cheese burger is my second favorite.

Burger 21 is located across the street from the Mall Of Georgia, in the same shopping center as Best Buy and Target. During my visit they were very busy as it was lunch time, they looked a little understaffed and no tables were clean. The service was mediocre and felt as if I was in a normal chain burger fast food restaurant. There was really nothing that made Burger 21 stand out. Their prices are pretty expensive. They have an a la carte men. I ordered the BBQ bacon with the iceberg lettuce bun and it was ok. My burger was cooked well and tasted good. The sweet potato fries were ok as well.
